Check-in is from 2:00 PM for all reservations made directly through our websites. For all other booking channels, check-in is from 3:00 PM. Check-out is available for everyone until 11:00 AM.

The hotel reception is open 24/7, which means that there will always be someone there to welcome you, regardless of your time of arrival.

Yes, small dogs up to knee height are allowed in certain rooms for an additional fee. In the accessible room, the junior suite with balcony, and the suite with balcony, dogs are welcome. Certified service dogs are of course allowed throughout our hotel, and there is no additional fee for them. Please contact the hotel by phone in advance to discuss the availability of these rooms.

The hotel is completely smoke-free. This means that smoking is not allowed in the hotel, in the rooms, and in other public areas. Exceptions to this are the rooms with a balcony (the junior suite with balcony and the suite with balcony); smoking is allowed on the balcony of these rooms.

Our hotel provides access to all public areas and offers rooms suitable for guests with disabilities. These rooms are designed with accessibility and comfort in mind.

The room features a wooden floor and provides ample space for mobility. However, please note that the entrance door is not wider than standard, and the beds are not elevated.

The bathroom in these rooms is adapted for additional convenience. It is equipped with a wider sliding door for easier access.

It is allowed when the parents have signed a written statement. We also ask for a copy of the passport of all underage guests, in case there is no adult present.

To guarantee your reservation before arrival, the amount on your credit card will be authorized at noon on the day before your arrival. At check-in you can pay with another payment card, the authorization taken earlier will be cancelled.

From Monday to Friday, you can enjoy breakfast from 06:30 – 10:00 AM. On weekends, this is possible from 07:30 to 11:00 AM.

On busy and lively days, we reserve a timeslot of 45 minutes to ensure a smooth breakfast experience and to prevent unnecessary waiting, so that everyone can enjoy their breakfast at ease.

  • On weekdays, breakfast is available from 06:30 AM.
  • On weekends, public holidays, and during the summer and Christmas holidays from 07:30 AM.

The bar is open daily from 12:00 to 00:00.

Amrâth Hotel Alkmaar has its own limited parking lot with 26 parking spots and 2 parking spaces with electric charging stations. The parking lot is located next to the hotel, and parking is available for a fee.

Parking cannot be reserved in advance as a city hotel, we have a limited number of parking spaces. Inquire upon check-in for availability and the many options for parking (paid) within walking distance.
